Viksit Bharat Run 2025 Fiji

The High Commission of India in Suva, Fiji, jointly with MY Bharat, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, successfully organised the Viksit Bharat Run 2025 on 28 September 2025. Held simultaneously across over 150 international locations, the event became a truly global celebration of service, fitness, and sustainability. The run in Suva drew enthusiastic participation from the Indian diaspora, local communities, students, professionals, and friends of India.

The Chief Guest of the event was Hon’ble Ms. Sashi Kiran, Minister of Minister for Women, Children and Social Protection, Government of the Republic of Fiji.  Hon’ble Mr. Ram Madhav, President of India Foundation, was the Guest of Honour.

On 28 September 2025, following the Viksit Bharat Run in Suva, High Commissioner Suneet Mehta administered the Viksit Bharat pledge to officials of HCI Suva & SVCC, reaffirming our shared vision of a developed India.
