On 25 March 2026, High Commissioner Suneet Mehta was pleased to meet with Minister for Agriculture, Waterways and Sugar Industry, Hon. Tomasi Tunabuna, in a follow-up to the Minister’s official visit to India in January this year.

On 24 March 2026, High Commissioner Suneet Mehta co-hosted a Productive Virtual Interactive Session on India-Fiji Trade Opportunities held by HCI Suva and Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) with participation from 150+ companies from India & Fiji.

On 08 March 2026, HCI and SVCC in partnership with the India Fiji Friendship Forum (IFFF), hosted an incredible Holi celebration at My Suva Park. We were honored to have the gracious presence of Hon. Sashi Kiran, Minister for Women, Children & Social Protection, as the Chief Guest at this joyous celebration of the festival of unity, peace, and love.

On 07 March 2026, a vibrant Holi celebration was hosted at Damodar City Car Park, Suva by Mirchi FM and Radio Fiji Two, supported by HCI and SVCC. High Commissioner Suneet Mehta shared message of Holi.

On 03 March 2026, High Commissioner Suneet Mehta held a meeting of all officials of HCI and SVCC and discussed the implementation of the Seva Sankalp Resolution, adopted at the first meeting of the Union Cabinet at Seva Teerth.

On 02 March 2026, HC Suneet Mehta Congratulated Mr. Jone Manu of FICAC on his selection for the prestigious ITEC two-week Course on Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism at the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics in India.
