Visit of INS Kadmatt to Fiji (15 - 18 September 2025)

On 18 September 2025, the INS Kadmatt left Fiji after a successful 3-day visit in Suva. 


On 17 September 2025, the crew of INS Kadmatt was hosted to a High Tea by the High Commissioner.  


On 17 September 2025, a thrilling volleyball match was played between the RFMF, Fiji Navy and the crew of INS Kadmatt.  


On 17 September 2025, in the true spirit of Veilomani–Dosti, camaraderie went beyond the seas as Team INS Kadmatt faced off in a friendly cricket match with Team HCI Suva. 


On 17 September 2025, in the spirit of Veilomani–Dosti, the INS Kadmatt Medical Team, RFMF Medical Team & MIOT Hospital joined hands to deliver free health services to the public at Albert Park, Suva.


On 16 September 2025, INS Kadmatt hosted a deck reception which was graced by Hon. Acting PM Biman Prasad as Chief Guest. The event brought together Govt Officials, Diplomatic Corps, Defence Personnel & the Indian Diaspora, celebrating friendship & collaboration. On 16 September 2025,Cdr Kutuhal Limaye, Commanding Officer of INS Kadmatt called on Commodore Timoci Natuva, Chief of Fiji Navy today. Accompanying him were Capt Rohit Raymond Kattoju, India’s Defence Adviser to Fiji & Lt Cdr Avinash Rawat of the Indian Navy.


On 16 September 2025, a special Yoga session on deck INS Kadmatt was held —nurturing strength, calmness & balance while deepening bonds of friendship. 


On 15 September 2025, INS Kadmatt, in collaboration with the RFMF Band, hosted a free Veilomani-Dosti Concert at Ratu Sukuna Park Suva, celebrating friendship & cultural harmony.


On 15 September 2025, INS Kadmatt hosted an Open Day in Suva, welcoming the visitors onboard.


On 15 September 2025, Cdr Kutuhal Limaye, Commanding Officer of INS Kadmatt called on Mr. Mason Smith, Permanent Secretary for Ministry of Defence & Veteran Affairs today. Accompanying him was Capt Rohit Raymond Kattoju, India’s Defence Adviser to Fiji.


On 15 September 2025, the Indian Navy’s anti-submarine warfare corvette, INS Kadmatt arrived at the Port of Suva as part of its 3-day goodwill visit to Fiji.
